Meditation is a deeply primal practice; something we already know how to do.
Sometimes it’s sitting still. Other times, it’s a walk through the woods. However it works best for you, meditation serves as a wellspring of wisdom and creativity that nurtures both your soul and your life.

Develop a Meditation Practice
During meditation coaching, we’ll discuss your goals and desires for more inspired living. Then, we’ll work together to co-create a personalized daily practice based upon your own internal rhythms.
We’ll turn our attention to sources of joy, pleasure, and ease in your life—moments that serve as doorways into greater aliveness. At the end of our time together, you’ll be equipped to confidently continue your own meditative practice that brings you into energetic alignment with your highest self.
Each client’s healing journey will contain personalized tools and techniques that support their ultimate goals. (Available in-person, online, or in hybrid format.)
A sample one-month meditation coaching package looks like:

One Intuitive Oracle Reading
Instinctive meditation is a way of learning and practicing meditation so that it becomes a comfortable, natural practice you can rely on at any time. In this workshop series we will use The Radiance Sutras® approach, which will show you how to access new doorways to meditation, leading you to discover a rich, rewarding meditation practice for yourself.
Each week, we will work on different aspects of instinctive meditation such as celebrating our senses, honoring our instincts, dwelling in our inner sanctuaries, and riding the rhythms of life. You’ll discover how to rest deeply, reclaim your love of life, and release tension.
You’ll also learn how to:
Customize meditation to suit your individual nature
Embrace your unique experience and welcome all of who you are
Navigate intense emotions and sensations as they arise
Cultivate a relationship with your internal, instinctive wisdom
Find a sense of balance, healing, and renewal
This course includes
Weekly, 75-minute group zoom sessions including lessons, guided practice, sharing experiences and Q&A
One private, 40-minute, one-on-one session to discover your own personal doorways
